Our 3-G Mission

“People, accepted and assembled by God”(1 Peter 2:4-12)…to live and come together as one family/Body (1 Corinthians 12:12-13)…consisting of many diverse, yet integral parts (Romans 12:3-6; 1 Corinthians 12:14-31)…for the primary purpose of functioning missionally (Philippians 2:1-18 and Colossians 3:12-17)…both personally and corporately, in the larger cultural community.”

LIFE in the context of community… in the context of intentional relational connectivity to others on the same journey, in three distinct settings…Gatherings, Groups, Glocal:

“Gatherings” - Primarily the weekly Sunday Celebration “service”, this is the larger church FAMILY, corporate body, coming together weekly just as Israel as a NATION was called together on special occasion. These family gatherings also take place in the children’s and youth “communities” on a regular basis. The primary purpose of these gatherings is to help people to discover, develop, and demonstrate LIFE through family worship, prayer, instruction, and personal application.

“Groups” - Primarily the consistent, smaller “relational” communities, where connection happens in the context of LIFE GROUPS and ministries on a regular basis, just as Israel had 12 tribes, and then clans within the tribes, and families within the clans. The primary purpose of these groups is to cultivate an atmosphere of taking personal responsibility for one’s own spiritual development and enabling the COMMUNITY to also develop spiritual maturity.

“Glocal” - Primarily each person, each group, and the church as a whole engaged in their mission field, both locally and globally, where the ongoing results of RELATIONAL connectivity and accountability are realized, as well as being engaged intentionally in the MISSIONAL LIFE development process. The primary purpose, both locally and globally, is to see the Kingdom of God expanded through missional people engaged in their culture by living out the core values, character, and CAUSE of Christ.
